PosApp is a sales management solution that helps stores create orders, process payments, track revenue, and manage inventory, staff and customers in one system.
PosApp serves a wide range of businesses, including restaurants, cafés, bubble tea shops, retail stores, mini supermarkets, spas, billiard halls, karaoke venues, amusement venues and canteens. Business owners can use it for a single store or to manage multiple branches.
Each business operates differently. Cafés need to take orders and send them to the drinks counter; retail stores need barcode scanning; billiard halls need time-based billing. PosApp will guide you through setting up the system for your store's operations. Learn more about PosApp sales management software.
Small stores can also use PosApp, especially when owners want to check revenue, inventory or shift handovers without manually compiling the information.
Excel can work well when transaction volumes are low and one person can keep track of the entire operation. With more staff, multiple payment methods or a high volume of orders during peak hours, re-entering data can become time-consuming and prone to errors.
With PosApp, staff record transactions at the time of sale. This data is used to update reports, inventory and customer histories, reducing the owner's end-of-day data entry.
Yes. You can use PosApp on a phone or tablet to create orders, process payments and connect to a compatible printer.
This setup suits stores with a small number of checkout counters, takeaway shops or sellers who need to move around. You can start with the device you already have and add a POS terminal as your needs grow.
For convenient receipt printing, your sales device and printer need a compatible connection method. You can contact the PosApp team to check your equipment, get connection guidance and set up print templates. Explore the POS software solution.
Yes. PosApp supports businesses that sell goods alongside services or charge customers based on usage time.
For example:
Sales are recorded by product or service type for easier tracking. PosApp will guide you through organizing your catalog and sales workflow to suit the way your business operates.
Yes. PosApp offers a 7-day free trial, with free support and training from our team throughout the trial.
PosApp staff will help you get familiar with tasks such as creating a product catalog, entering selling prices, creating orders, processing payments and viewing reports. You can also discuss how to manage tables, inventory, staff or your existing equipment.
To assess how well the software fits your needs, try it with a selection of your store's products and real sales scenarios. If you run into any difficulties, the PosApp team will answer your questions and guide you through the steps.
Compare plans, prepare for setup and move data from your current system.
Yes. PosApp offers a Basic plan at VND 150,000/month, along with plans for more advanced management needs:
| Software plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Basic | VND 150,000/month |
| Starter | VND 220,000/month |
| Advanced | VND 299,000/month |
| Pro for chains | Custom quote based on deployment requirements |
Prices are per outlet per month, include VAT and require a minimum 12-month subscription. The Basic plan includes 3 user accounts; features such as multi-warehouse management, production or CRM require an appropriate plan.
You can compare the features of each plan on the PosApp software plans and features.
Additional costs depend on the extra products and services you use, such as:
PosApp can integrate with the payment service you already use or provide QR and card payment solutions with preferential rates based on the scale of your business.
During consultation, PosApp will explain software costs, equipment costs, recurring service charges and transaction fees so you can plan your budget.
You should prepare a list of products or services, selling prices, units of measure and opening inventory quantities. For an F&B business, you can also prepare your table layout, menu categories and ingredient recipes that you want to manage.
PosApp will also need to know how many staff members you have, each person's role and the equipment you currently use.
You do not need to complete everything yourself before signing up. PosApp staff will guide you through organizing your data and setting up your store step by step. View the store setup guide.
Yes. You can prepare product data in Excel using the import template and upload it to PosApp instead of creating each item manually.
When moving from another system, separate your product catalog, inventory, customer records, outstanding balances and historical data. Each type of data has its own transfer and verification process; importing your product catalog does not mean all past invoices will also be transferred.
The PosApp team will explain which data to prepare and how to check opening balances. You should keep an export from your previous system for future reference. View the guide to creating a catalog on the web.
Yes. Staff can be trained on the tasks relevant to their roles without having to learn every management feature.
For example, cashiers focus on creating orders, processing payments and closing shifts; serving staff learn to select tables and send orders; inventory staff learn to receive stock, issue stock and perform stocktakes.
PosApp provides support staff and user guides that your team can refer back to. Role-based permissions also help staff focus on the functions they need. View the PosApp user guides.
Choose suitable hardware and make use of the equipment you already own.
Different business types need different setups, and you do not necessarily need to buy every piece of equipment.
PosApp will recommend equipment based on where orders are taken, how you serve customers and the number of checkout counters. Explore POS hardware options.
Possibly. You do not have to replace all your equipment if it still meets your operational needs and is compatible with PosApp.
Computers, phones and tablets need to meet operating system requirements. Printers need suitable drivers, paper sizes and connection ports. Barcode scanners need to read the types of codes your store uses; cash drawers need to be compatible with the drawer-opening port on the printer or POS terminal.
You can send the model name, a photo of the specifications label and photos of the connection ports so PosApp can check compatibility before you buy new equipment. Explore POS equipment.
A single-screen POS terminal suits checkout counters that need centralized sales operations and a compact setup.
A dual-screen POS terminal adds a customer-facing screen so customers can view order details and other content displayed at the counter.
A handheld POS device suits staff who need to move around to take orders or serve customers away from the counter. A store can also combine a fixed terminal for cashiers with handheld devices for serving staff.
Explore dual-screen POS terminals and handheld POS devices.
The two devices serve different purposes.
A sales POS terminal is used to create orders, select products, calculate bills, print receipts and manage store operations. A card payment terminal is used to accept payments from customers' cards.
Some solutions can combine these functions on suitable equipment, but not every sales terminal can automatically accept card payments.
PosApp provides both sales management solutions and card payment services, with options to supply or sell payment terminals according to your needs. Learn more about PosApp sales terminals.
A receipt printer prints payment details for customers. A kitchen printer sends preparation instructions to the kitchen or drinks counter. A label printer prints stickers for cups, boxes or products.
For example, a bubble tea order may need a payment receipt at the counter and a cup label showing the drink name, size and toppings. A restaurant can send food orders to a kitchen printer and drink orders to a bar printer.
PosApp lets you assign a role to each printer. View the printer setup guide.
Yes. A store can provide multiple devices for cashiers, serving staff and managers to work together on the system.
For example, staff can take orders on phones, cashiers can process payments on POS terminals, and the owner can view reports on their own device.
Each staff member should have a separate account so you can assign permissions and track who performed each action. The number of accounts and access rights depend on your subscription plan; PosApp will advise you based on how many people and workstations need to operate at the same time.
Manage orders from the counter or table through to the kitchen, bar and service.
PosApp helps cashiers take orders, select items, choose sizes or toppings, record preparation requests and process payments at the counter.
For businesses where customers pay first, staff create the order, collect payment and then send the items to the drinks preparation area or kitchen. Orders can be linked to a pickup number or customer pager to make collection easier.
Cashiers can also record whether an order is for dine-in or takeaway, helping the business track each sales type. This workflow suits cafés, bubble tea shops, bakeries and quick-service restaurants. View the guide to counter ordering and payment.
Yes. Staff can select a table, enter items and add customers' requests directly on a phone, tablet or handheld POS device.
The information is sent to the cashier and the configured preparation areas, reducing the need to write orders on paper and re-enter them at the counter. When customers order more, staff can add items to the same table's order.
This lets serving staff handle orders where customers are seated and helps prevent information from being missed during busy periods. Explore PosApp restaurant management software.
Yes. PosApp supports a digital menu that lets customers scan a QR code, browse items and submit their orders using a phone.
Customers can choose items, select options and add notes before sending their order. The business can set up payment before or after the meal according to its service model.
For seated customers, the QR code identifies which table is ordering and makes it convenient to order additional items. Staff can still assist customers who prefer not to order themselves. Learn more about QR ordering at the table.
Yes. PosApp kiosks allow customers to choose items, add options and pay on a self-service screen.
Kiosks can accept QR payments, cards or prepaid accounts that have been set up. Orders are sent to the POS and preparation areas for staff to fulfill, and customers receive information about waiting for collection.
The solution suits quick-service restaurants, F&B chains and canteens looking to reduce counter workload. Explore PosApp self-ordering kiosks.
Yes. PosApp lets you set up products with options such as sizes, toppings and preparation requests.
Stores can distinguish between options that change the price and notes that carry no extra charge. For example, adding tapioca pearls costs an extra VND 5,000, while less ice or no sugar is simply a preparation request.
The information is recorded with the item so the cashier charges the correct amount and the drinks preparation team follows the customer's request. This setup also avoids creating too many separate products for every combination of options. View the guide to toppings and options.
PosApp supports table transfers, table merging and order splitting so staff can handle these requests directly in the software.
For example, if customers move to a larger table, staff can transfer their order to the new table. Two groups sitting together who want to make a single payment can have their orders merged. When one customer wants to pay for their portion early, staff can split out the items to be paid for.
These functions keep item details and amounts in the system, reducing manual corrections or the need to recreate orders from scratch. View the guide to transferring, merging and splitting tables.
PosApp lets you assign items to preparation areas and configure where each order should be received.
For example, rice dishes and other food are sent to the kitchen, while coffee and juice are sent to the bar. Each team receives its assigned items through the printers or kitchen display screens in use.
For drinks businesses, label printers can also print the item name, size and toppings for each cup. Routing orders directly from the software reduces the need for cashiers to read orders aloud or pass paper slips manually. Explore café management solutions.
Yes. PosApp supports continued sales operations on the device in offline mode and synchronizes data when the connection returns.
Creating orders or printing receipts locally still depends on the device having power and a working connection to the printer. If you use a printer over a local network, that network must remain operational.
Services that need an online connection, such as confirming online payments, issuing e-invoices or updating data between outlets, require Internet access. Learn more about selling without an Internet connection.
Yes. Stores can link a pager number to an order so staff know which customer to notify when the items are ready.
Typically, the cashier takes the order, collects payment and gives the customer a pager. When the order is ready, staff activate the pager so the customer returns to the counter to collect it.
This suits cafés, bubble tea shops, food courts and other businesses where customers collect their own orders. Staff can check the pager number on the order to reduce incorrect handovers. View the guide to using customer pagers.
Workflows for retail stores, spas, pool clubs, leisure venues and canteens.
Yes. PosApp supports barcode-based order creation and helps retail stores manage selling prices, inventory and transactions.
Staff can find products on the screen or scan barcodes to add items to an order. Owners can track incoming stock, sales and remaining quantities, while managing units of measure for products sold in different pack sizes.
For example, a store that purchases soft drinks by the case but sells them by the can needs to set up unit conversions so inventory is calculated consistently. Explore retail POS software.
Yes. PosApp supports spa service management alongside the sale of products such as cosmetics and personal care items.
Spas can track appointments, customer information, services received and treatment packages. Functions such as recording the staff member who provided a service, commissions and remaining sessions help make operations easier to manage.
For example, a customer who buys a multi-session treatment package and additional products to take home can have both tracked in the same customer record. Explore spa and beauty clinic management software.
Yes. PosApp supports charging for services based on usage time and adding any extra products or services to the order.
For example, a billiard table's bill may include playing time, drinks and food. Staff start recording time when customers begin, add items during service and finalize payment when the session ends.
Businesses can configure pricing rules according to their policies so staff do not have to calculate usage time manually. Explore time-based billing software.
Yes. PosApp supports admission tickets, tickets for individual attractions, per-use tickets, timed tickets and packages.
For example, an amusement venue can sell a 60-minute ticket or a package that includes admission, attractions and drinks. Tickets can be categorized for adults, children or groups.
Cashiers select the ticket type in the software, collect payment and record the transaction to manage ticket revenue alongside sales of additional products. Explore ticketing software for amusement venues.
PosApp supports ticket validation using QR codes, barcodes, RFID cards or RFID wristbands.
When scanned, the system checks the ticket's validity period, permitted areas and remaining entitlements. Each use is recorded so the correct number of uses can be tracked and deducted.
Amusement venues can set up checkpoints at the entrance and at each attraction to control access and look up usage history when needed. Learn more about ticket management and access control.
Yes. PosApp supports meal management by day, shift, and the policies assigned to each user group.
For example, a business may provide one meal per employee per shift or offer different subsidies to different groups. Users scan a QR code or card so the system can check their meal entitlement and apply the allowance.
The canteen can use allocated allowances or prepaid accounts for payment. Explore self-service solutions for canteens.
Yes. Canteens can accept pre-orders through Web Order or Zalo Mini App, allowing users to choose their meals and collection times within the available ordering schedule.
The kitchen uses the number of pre-orders to plan preparation. At collection, users present a QR code so staff can check the order and record that it has been served.
Managers can compare the number of meals pre-ordered with the number actually used and the related payments, and export the data for reporting. Explore PosApp canteen management software.
Track ingredients, semi-finished goods, finished products and stock.
Yes. For food or drinks prepared to order, you can set up recipes so PosApp deducts ingredients based on the quantity sold.
For example, a drink may use milk, syrup, and other ingredients. When it is sold, the software records ingredient usage based on the recipe quantities you have set.
Items that have already been produced and received into finished-goods inventory need to follow the production workflow: ingredients are deducted during production, and finished goods are deducted when sold. View the ingredient recipe guide.
PosApp supports each stage from raw materials through semi-finished goods to finished goods.
For example, in a bakery:
If you make 50 cakes and sell 3, there are 47 left in stock. The flour was deducted during production, so it is not deducted again when the cakes are sold. View the production feature.
Yes. PosApp lets you look up transactions that change inventory so you can see when goods were received, issued, or adjusted.
If a stock level is not what you expected, you can review related activities such as sales, goods receipts, stock issues, transfers, or stocktakes. This helps identify which transaction caused the difference, rather than just showing the final stock figure.
For example, cake inventory may decrease because cakes were sold to customers or written off; these need to be recorded separately. View the product and inventory tracing guide.
Yes. PosApp offers a solution for managing multiple warehouses and supplying stock to branches.
For example, a central kitchen produces cakes and distributes them to three stores. The system records quantities issued from the central warehouse and received at each destination, then tracks sales at each store.
Chain owners can view stock at each location to decide when to replenish it. Multiple-warehouse and production requirements need to be included in the appropriate implementation package. Explore the chain management solution.
PosApp supports stocktakes and inventory adjustments so you can distinguish goods sold from wastage or damaged stock.
For example, the system shows 20 cakes in stock, but 2 cannot be sold. The store should record a write-off or adjustment with a clear reason, rather than create a fictitious sale to reduce inventory.
During a stocktake, staff compare physical quantities with the quantities in the software. Any differences should be investigated and recorded so inventory figures reflect the actual situation. View the stocktake guide.
Yes. PosApp supports units of measure and unit conversions so you can manage goods according to how they are purchased, sold, or used.
For example, one case contains 24 cans. Receiving one case adds 24 cans to inventory; selling one can reduces stock according to the unit conversion you have set.
For ingredients, you can purchase by the kilogram and set recipe quantities in grams. Set the correct conversion ratios from the start to keep inventory and cost calculations consistent. View the product setup guide.
Yes. PosApp records goods receipts, suppliers, and payment status to help stores track their purchases.
For example, a store orders 100 products, but the supplier initially delivers 60. Staff should record the quantity actually received and continue tracking the balance until the order is delivered in full.
Amounts paid and outstanding balances should be recorded against the actual supporting documents. This helps avoid confusion between quantities ordered, quantities received into inventory, and amounts still owed. View the goods receipt and stock issue guide.
Manage permissions, reconciliation, multiple locations and business data.
Yes. PosApp lets you create roles and assign permissions to different staff groups.
You can give cashiers, servers, inventory managers, and store managers different permissions. Sensitive actions such as changing prices, applying discounts, canceling orders, or viewing reports should be assigned to the appropriate people.
Use a separate account for each employee so activity reviews are meaningful. When employees change roles or leave, managers should update their access permissions. View the staff account management guide.
At the end of a shift, the store should compare the amounts recorded in PosApp with the actual amounts in each payment account and from each source of receivables.
These typically include:
If there is a difference, review the related transactions and record the reason. View the shift opening and closing guide.
Yes. PosApp lets you configure sales shifts and business days to match your store's actual operating hours.
For example, a bar open from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the following morning can set this period as one business day. Reports then combine revenue for the entire operating period without splitting it at midnight.
This helps bar owners track revenue, order counts, and sales performance for the actual business session, while making reconciliation easier at the end of the shift.
The business day is used to group reports; transaction dates and times and e-invoice creation times are still managed separately.
A sales channel shows where an order comes from, such as dine-in, takeaway, or a food delivery platform. A payment account shows where the money is recorded, such as cash, a bank account, MoMo, or an amount awaiting settlement.
For example, a VND 100,000 takeaway order paid through MoMo still generates only VND 100,000 in revenue. “Takeaway” is the sales channel; “MoMo” is where the payment is recorded.
For platform orders, separate the sales value, fees, and actual payout to reconcile correctly. View sales channel setup and how to record GrabFood payments.
Yes. Store owners can sign in to a management account to view synchronized data and select the time period and branch they want to monitor.
You can check sales without waiting for staff to send a summary. If an outlet loses its connection, new data needs to synchronize once connectivity returns. View the reporting guide.
Yes. PosApp supports chain management so you can organize catalogs and sales policies by branch.
For example, stores can use the same product names but charge different prices depending on their locations. Promotions can also be organized by where they apply.
Chain owners can monitor each outlet and view consolidated data to compare performance. A consistent catalog helps avoid each store creating different names for the same products. Explore the PosApp chain management system.
Yes. Reports help you track revenue and product sales performance.
To assess profit, you need to record the cost of goods sold and related expenses accurately. High revenue alone does not establish profitability if ingredient, staffing, premises, or promotional costs are missing. View PosApp reports and how to manage the cost of goods sold.
Yes. PosApp offers ERP integration to exchange sales data and other required information between outlets and the business management system.
During implementation, both parties identify the data to transfer, such as product catalogs, sales orders, customers, or inventory, and agree on synchronization direction and update timing.
The PosApp team works with your business's systems team to implement and test the data flow. Learn about ERP and POS integration.
Yes. PosApp can integrate with the accounting system at your business's management office to synchronize sales data from outlets.
This allows the accounting team to receive POS data and process it in the software they already use, reducing the need to collect reports and manually re-enter data from each store.
For example, a business with multiple branches can send sales data to a central accounting system for reconciliation and processing at the office.
PosApp works with your business and accounting software provider to agree on the data to transfer, synchronization timing, and reconciliation methods.
QR and card payments, e-invoices, accounting and tax reporting.
Yes. PosApp provides QR payment solutions linked to sales transactions, making payment convenient for customers and helping staff check received payments more clearly.
With a connected service, payment information can be updated in the system. Stores can also use a transaction notification device to assist cashiers.
PosApp guides you through setting up the receiving account and using the solution at the counter. This reduces manual amount entry and reliance on simply viewing a transfer screenshot on a customer's phone. Explore the PosApp solution.
Yes. PosApp offers card acceptance solutions, with options to supply or sell payment terminals to stores.
Fees are discussed based on business size, transaction volume, and the implementation option. When registering, the store receives details of transaction fees, the equipment to be used, and the settlement reconciliation process.
You can implement card payments alongside the sales management solution to help cashiers process transactions more conveniently at the counter. Learn about card payment terminals and services.
Yes. PosApp supports integration with the payment services your store already uses and also offers QR and card payment services if you want to set up a new service.
Simply provide details of your payment provider and how you currently receive funds. PosApp will advise on incorporating those transactions into your cashier and reconciliation workflows.
The goal is to help your store accurately record the amount paid, the payment method, and the receiving account, while reducing the need for staff to re-enter information in multiple places.
No. A sales receipt shows the food, products, and amount the customer pays. An e-invoice is created and issued through an e-invoicing system using the seller's registered details.
PosApp supports both receipt printing and integration for issuing e-invoices from sales data. This allows stores to use order information to create invoices and reduce re-entry.
Printing a payment receipt does not replace the step of issuing an e-invoice. Learn about e-invoices generated from cash registers.
Cash-register e-invoices are created from sales data at the outlet and connected to transmit data to the tax authority. PosApp supports issuing them immediately when the cashier processes a sale, as well as workflows for checking and issuing them later the same day.
Stores can organize the process in the following ways:
View the invoice issuance methods in PosApp.
The invoice creation time must still comply with the rules applicable to the transaction; a review or issuance schedule does not automatically change that time. Cash-register e-invoices do not require a digital signature, so the signing step is used when it applies to the business's invoicing process. View the regulations on cash-register e-invoices.
If you do not yet use an e-invoicing service, your household business or company can register through PosApp. The PosApp team helps prepare the information, complete the registration declaration, set up the connection, and guide you through issuance.
You need to provide your business registration and tax information to complete the application.
If you already use another e-invoicing service, PosApp supports integration so you can keep using it in your sales workflow. Explore the PosApp e-invoicing solution.
Not necessarily. PosApp supports connections to e-invoice providers so stores can use their existing service.
Provide details of your e-invoice provider and the account used for the connection. PosApp staff will guide you through linking the service, setting up invoice details, and using it in the software.
The connection brings sales data into the invoicing workflow without requiring you to re-enter all the information in another system. View the guide to connecting an e-invoice provider.
Yes. These tasks are handled in PosApp accounting and tax declaration software.
The software helps consolidate sales, receipts and payments, inventory data, and accounting records so the person responsible can monitor the business, prepare tax declaration documents, and export XML data.
The store must record all supporting documents, check the information, and submit the documents according to the applicable process. Having sales data in the POS does not mean that the tax declaration has been submitted. Explore PosApp e-invoicing and accounting features.
No. You can use existing equipment that meets the requirements for running PosApp and connecting to the e-invoicing service, such as a computer, phone, or tablet.
Whether you need a new POS terminal depends on your counter setup and your requirements for daily operation, receipt printing, or connecting devices.
PosApp will check your existing equipment and advise on any additions needed for a suitable setup. Explore the cash-register e-invoicing solution.
Loyalty points, membership tiers, vouchers and automated customer engagement.
Yes. You can use CRM and loyalty features on a suitable PosApp plan without having to implement Zalo Mini App.
Cashiers look up customers by phone number, link them to sales orders, and record their purchase history. Stores use that data to award points, manage membership tiers, and apply benefits.
Zalo Mini App adds a place where customers can view their information and interact with the brand; customer management can still begin at the POS. Explore the restaurant CRM solution.
PosApp lets you set up a loyalty points program based on your store's policy, such as purchase amounts or product-specific rules.
For example, a store may award a certain number of points for a specified spending amount. When an order is recorded for the customer, points are calculated according to the configured program.
The store should clearly define how points are earned and used and where the program applies, including whether orders with vouchers or promotions are still eligible to earn points. View the loyalty points program guide.
Yes. PosApp supports membership tiers and updates a customer's tier when they meet the program's criteria.
Your store can set qualification rules based on accumulated points or spending. Each tier can offer different benefits, such as special offers, vouchers or dedicated customer engagement programs.
For example, Silver members may receive one level of benefits, while Gold members receive additional benefits. Membership tiers can also be used to select recipients for customer engagement campaigns. Learn about CRM and membership programs.
Yes. PosApp lets you create filters using customer profiles and purchase data to select the customer groups you want to engage.
You can filter by gender, membership tier, spending or time since the last purchase. You can combine criteria, for example:
Filters identify the recipients. To have the system automatically send messages on a schedule or when customers meet specified criteria, use the automated customer engagement feature. View the customer filter guide.
Yes. PosApp supports marketing automation, letting your store set the audience, schedule or trigger conditions, message content and offers in advance. The system runs campaigns according to these settings, so you do not have to filter customers and resend messages manually every day.
There are two main ways to set this up:
Based on profile information and engagement schedules
Information such as date of birth and gender is stored in customer profiles, using data customers share through Zalo or that staff enter. You can use it to schedule:
Based on purchase data that changes over time
Information such as total spending, membership tier and time since the last purchase is updated as customers interact with your business. You can set conditions such as:
This lets your store plan for special occasions while also responding automatically to individual customer behavior through the SMS or ZNS channels you have configured.
Yes. You can create separate campaigns, each with its own objective, recipients and offer.
For example, new customers can receive a voucher for their next purchase; customers celebrating a birthday can receive a table reservation offer; and customers who have not returned recently can receive an invitation with a gift or discount code.
Each campaign should have clear terms, such as an expiry date, minimum order value and eligible locations. PosApp helps manage campaigns so your store can track how offers are distributed and redeemed, instead of sending the same message to every customer. View the customer engagement campaign guide.
Yes. PosApp lets you create customer engagement campaigns through SMS and ZNS and select customer groups using the information and criteria stored in CRM.
You can send different messages to each membership tier, customers celebrating a birthday or customers who have not purchased recently. Campaigns can include vouchers so you can track offer redemptions after sending.
The PosApp team helps set up the sending channels and message templates you need. Messaging charges depend on the service implemented and the actual number of messages sent. Learn about PosApp's customer engagement solution.
Yes. PosApp provides CRM campaign reports so you can track message delivery, costs and offer redemption results.
You can view information such as recipient counts, delivery status, the number of vouchers redeemed and the revenue attributed to the campaign.
For example, after sending vouchers to a group of existing customers, your store can see how many customers redeemed them and how much revenue they generated. When evaluating performance, make sure you understand which costs are included in the report. View CRM campaign reports.
Yes. PosApp supports tracking voucher redemptions across sales channels connected to the system.
Your store can see whether customers use offers for in-store purchases, takeaway orders, Web Order or Zalo Mini App. A voucher's eligible channels are defined by the program, such as in-store only or across multiple channels.
This information helps you see where offers generate orders so you can adjust your customer engagement content and budget.
Yes. PosApp supports integrations that let customers redeem vouchers at the point of sale when those vouchers are issued through a brand's own app, such as a resident app, employee app or custom-built loyalty app.
The brand continues issuing vouchers through its existing app. When a customer visits the store and presents a code, the cashier uses PosApp to validate the voucher through a connection to the brand's system, then applies the offer to the transaction.
For example, a resident who receives a café voucher through their building's app can bring the code to the café. The café uses PosApp for sales and checks the voucher as part of the checkout process.
PosApp will work with the business to connect the voucher issuance and validation processes to its app system.
It is important to distinguish the channel used to send an offer from the channel where the customer makes a purchase.
For example, if a customer receives a voucher by SMS but redeems it through Web Order, SMS is the outreach channel and Web Order is the transaction channel. Similarly, a voucher sent through ZNS can be redeemed in person at the store.
PosApp tracks the campaign, voucher and related transaction so you can evaluate both offer delivery and where the offer is redeemed. This helps your store avoid assuming that customers must purchase through Zalo Mini App simply because a voucher was sent through ZNS.
ROAS is the ratio of revenue attributed to a campaign to the costs included in that calculation. ROAS is not profit.
For example, if the calculation includes VND 500,000 in messaging costs and VND 5,000,000 in campaign revenue, the ratio is 10 times.
To assess actual performance, you also need to consider the cost of goods sold, voucher discounts and other costs. When reading a report, understand how revenue is attributed and which costs are included, rather than comparing only a single ROAS figure. View PosApp CRM reports.
Connect with customers through Zalo and your own ordering website.
PosApp Zalo Mini App is a loyalty and customer engagement app that runs inside Zalo. Customers open it through a link or QR code without downloading a separate app from an app store.
Depending on the services implemented, customers can view points, membership tiers, vouchers and transaction history, place orders, book appointments or use the store's prepaid wallet. Information is linked to POS and CRM so the store can continue engaging customers after their first purchase.
The solution builds on familiar Zalo usage within an ecosystem of more than 70 million users, reducing the barrier of downloading another app. Reaching customers still requires the brand to promote its app and attract users. View information about Zalo's user base.
Compared with building and maintaining separate iOS and Android apps, a Mini App often helps stores reduce development and operating costs. Learn about PosApp Zalo Mini App.
Your store needs to prepare the information and documents Zalo requires to verify ownership, typically including household business or company registration documents and the representative's identification documents. If you already have a verified Zalo OA, the corresponding verification method will apply.
For Mini Apps in food-related business categories, Zalo requires food safety documentation according to its review requirements. This is a platform requirement for Mini App verification.
PosApp helps guide you through the required documents. If the process is not convenient yet or few of your customers use Zalo, you can implement Web Order. View Zalo's Mini App verification requirements.
PosApp Web Order or Web Portal is a website customers access through a browser, typically using an address such as store-name.posapp.vn.
Customers can browse products, place orders and use the membership features implemented, such as viewing points, benefits and vouchers or redeeming rewards. They do not need to download an app or have a Zalo account.
The website connects to POS and related services so your store can manage orders and customer data within the system. You can share the link on social media or display a QR code at the counter. Learn about PosApp's online ordering system.
PosApp offers a free option for a business introduction or information-only website. Transactional features such as accepting orders, payments, POS synchronization and membership programs require the appropriate service subscriptions.
Therefore, if you want customers to order food, buy products or earn loyalty points on the website, you need a plan that includes those functions.
PosApp will explain the information display features and the transaction features clearly so your store can choose what it needs. Explore PosApp Web Order.
You can use both. The choice depends on your customers and how you want to run your membership program.
Web Order is suitable when you want customers to place orders, earn loyalty points, view benefits and redeem rewards directly on a website without downloading an app. It is also convenient for stores with many international customers who do not use Zalo, or stores that are not yet ready to prepare Mini App registration documents.
Zalo Mini App is suitable when most customers use Zalo and your store wants to develop its membership program, send engagement messages and encourage return visits within a familiar platform. For these customers, maintaining engagement is often easier than through a standalone website.
PosApp can implement both channels, connected to the same sales and customer management system. Explore Web Order and Zalo Mini App.
Top up balances, manage spending and track prepaid benefits.
A prepaid card lets customers add funds or purchase credit in advance, then spend it gradually at the store. Loyalty points are benefits accumulated through a customer loyalty program.
For example, customers can add funds for meals at a canteen or buy a package for billiards, karaoke or an entertainment venue. When a transaction occurs, the value used is deducted from the prepaid balance.
A customer can have both a prepaid balance and loyalty points; these are separate benefits that need to be tracked individually. Learn about PosApp prepaid cards.
Yes. PosApp supports three methods:
With Zalo Mini App, your store does not need to print a new physical card for every new member.
Yes. A canteen can use prepaid accounts or cards so parents can provide funds for their children.
When a student buys a meal, drink or other item, staff record the transaction and deduct the amount from the balance. This reduces the need for students to carry cash and creates a usage history for tracking.
The canteen needs to link each account to the correct student and establish a verification process for purchases. PosApp helps track funds added, amounts spent and the remaining balance. Explore the prepaid card solution.
Yes. Your store can create a top-up program that includes bonus credit.
For example, a customer pays VND 1,000,000 and receives a total of VND 1,200,000 to use at a billiards, karaoke or entertainment venue. Of this, VND 1,000,000 is the amount actually paid and VND 200,000 is promotional credit.
Your store needs to clearly state the validity period, eligible uses and conditions. During reconciliation, bonus credit must be distinguished from money actually received. View the prepaid card top-up guide.
They may be able to. Your store can look up the account by phone number and verify the customer using its established process, instead of always requiring a physical card.
If the customer uses a wallet in Zalo Mini App, they can open the wallet's QR code to make the transaction.
Staff need to verify the correct account holder before deducting funds, especially when someone provides another person's phone number. View how to use prepaid cards.
The balance is managed in the account on the system, rather than being stored only on the physical card.
When a customer reports a lost card, your store can verify their information, block the old card and arrange a replacement or change how the account is used. The balance is checked against account records and transaction history.
Customers should report a missing card as soon as they notice it so the store can prevent further use of the old card. View the card information management guide.
Yes. PosApp supports treatment package management so spas can track purchased services, sessions used and sessions remaining.
For example, if a customer buys a 10-session treatment package, each completed session is recorded and deducted from the remaining sessions. This differs from a prepaid monetary wallet, where each transaction deducts the payment amount.
A spa can combine customer profiles with Zalo Mini App so customers can conveniently track the benefits available to them. Explore the spa management solution.
Access your data, contact support and understand hardware policies.
Data already synchronized to the system can still be accessed when you sign in on a suitable device with the required permissions.
When you change devices, PosApp can help set up the new device and necessary connections, such as printers. If the old device has transactions that have not synchronized because of an internet outage, keep its data intact and contact support before uninstalling the app or resetting the device.
The key distinction is between data already synchronized and data still stored temporarily on the device.
Use individual accounts and assign permissions according to each person's role.
Sales staff should only have access to the functions they need to serve customers, while managers should have the appropriate permissions to view reports or update information. When an employee leaves, revoke their account or access permissions.
Your store should also avoid sharing one administrator account among multiple people, as this makes it difficult to identify who performed an action. View the guide to creating roles and accounts.
Yes. PosApp supports data exports from reports that include an export function, allowing you to consolidate or reconcile the data.
Before exporting, select the correct period, branch and filters. When sending reports to your accountant, agree on the reporting period and the type of figures needed to avoid using the wrong data. View the PosApp reporting guide.
