In the early days, our team spent as much time beside cash registers as we did behind computer screens. We stood alongside restaurant and café owners during their busiest hours, when orders came in all at once, kitchen tickets could go missing and staff had to prepare food while keeping track of payments.
What we heard was simple. Business owners wanted tools their new staff could learn quickly, orders the kitchen could follow reliably, and a clear view of the day's sales and remaining stock when they closed up.
As those first stores grew into chains and larger organisations came to us, the questions changed. How could hundreds of franchise locations in a network such as Hồng Trà Ngô Gia keep track of tea supplies from a central warehouse? How could Tefal bring showroom and website orders together and sync them with its ERP? And how could thousands of people at VinFast and Samsung factories and students at TAS, SSIS and Archimedes collect their meals within a short lunch break?
PosApp grew from software at the checkout into project work involving custom workflows and connections with the internal systems of businesses such as Vikkafe and Nam Long. The projects became larger and the technology more complex, but we still start in the same place.
“Good technology starts with understanding how people work.”
