At Vincom Mega Mall Royal City in Hanoi, X Space Immersive has used PosApp since July 2025 for a digital art venue with two ticket counters and eight experience zones. Cashiers print QR tickets, and check-in devices verify validity and record one admission. Tickets are valid only for the day and cannot be reused after a successful scan.

Six floors of different services, managed through one system and one membership program

Huế Plaza, a Vietravel shopping center, has six floors with six distinct business models: a café, souvenirs, áo dài, a restaurant, conferences and weddings, and a Sky Bar. PosApp supports each floor's sales and stock processes in one system. Management can oversee the entire venue, and customers use a shared membership program across all six floors.

Large numbers of VNG employees arrive at the canteen during the lunch break. Having everyone choose and pay at the counter would create queues. By ordering and paying ahead on Zalo, employees can go straight to a QR scanning station, print a ticket, and collect their meal.

Lumiere Family has used PosApp since May 2022 at Đông Tác in Phú Yên and at Ba Vì, with three stations at each location. A single ticket can include admission, a meal, and a drink; the same QR code validates and redeems each benefit. Group bookings are created in advance, with individual tickets issued when the group arrives.

At Da Nang Airport, passengers often have limited time before boarding, and international visitors may find spoken ordering difficult. At The American School (TAS), the canteen provides a daily meal entitlement at no charge for teachers and students, alongside additional snacks and drinks. Bách Khoa University Canteen has multiple independent food counters serving large numbers of students and lecturers during breaks. With PosApp, each counter schedules its own daily menu. Residents receive vouchers and benefits through the Nam Long app and redeem them at participating stores and shophouses.
